1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Wrong item received, damaged item, or defective product.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Used items, opened packaging, or items showing signs of handling.

  • Mystery boxes, blind boxes, capsule toys, or limited-edition items (unless defective).

  • Discounted or clearance items are final sale.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you:

  • The return shipping address

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

jjxxbb is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
For extra protection, we recommend adding Shipping Protection during checkout.

If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), we will assist with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


7. Exchanges

We do not support direct exchanges at this time.
Please request a return + refund, then place a new order for the desired item.
